Minimum Service Rate For Sewing Machine Repair $129.00

Basic sewing machine repair includes:
Clean, oil and set to factory adjustments.
Balance tensions.
Reset timing if needed.

To have your machine serviced please bring the following items:

    •    Machine
    •    Power Cord
    •    Foot Control
    •    Regular Sewing Foot
    •    Bobbin Case
    •    Bobbin
    •    If you are having a stitching problem, please leave it threaded with the thread you are currently using.

For embroidery machines, please include items listed above and also include:

    •    Embroidery Unit
    •    Hoop
    •    Embroidery Foot

Items to leave at home:

    •    Owners book
    •    Accessories
    •    Free-Arm Accessory Box
    •    Case or Trolley

We kindly ask that you wipe down your machine before bringing it in.

If you would like curbside drop-off please call (636) 432-2146 upon arrival at our main store - 401 E 5th Street.  Let us know that you are here. You may set it on the cart or we can remove the machine from your vehicle.
